Russian Strike Kills at Least 5 People in Ukraine
A Russian bombardment in the city center of Chernihiv in northern Ukraine has resulted in the death of several people and left several others injured, according to President Volodymyr Zelenskyy. The attack targeted a university and a theater in the city. Zelenskyy shared the news on Telegram, stating that a Russian missile hit the center of town, causing pain and loss. Putin Meets Generals in Southern Russia

Ukraine Intercepts Russian Drone Attack
Ukraine’s military announced that it had intercepted and destroyed 15 Russian drones overnight. The Russian forces launched the attack from the north using Shahed drones, with a total of 17 attack drones launched from the Kursk region. Ukrainian anti-aircraft defense was activated in various regions of the country.
