The Ukrainian military has called Russian soldiers rapists without moral boundaries after recording more than 300 cases of rape and sexual assault by Moscow troops in Ukraine. Photo/REUTERS
“Russia raped Ukraine,” the military said. “They are bombing our cities, looting, killing, raping women,” the Kiev military said in a statement.
“Russian soldiers are rapists without moral boundaries.”
On Sunday, an image emerged on social media showing the bodies of three women and one man piled under a blanket.

Photographer Mikhail Palinchak claimed the three women were all naked and some had been burned.
According to reports The Guardianthe image has sparked accusations that Russian troops sexually assaulted Ukrainian women, a war crime.
“We have received several calls to our emergency hotline from women and girls seeking help,” said Kateryna Cherepakha, president of Ukraine’s gender equality and human rights organization La Strada.
“We haven’t been able to reach them because of the fighting.”
