Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree appointing Kirill Zorin as his assistant. The document was published on the official legal information portal.
According to information on the website of the Moscow School of Economics (MSE) of MSU, Zorin has been working in the structure of the presidential administration of the Russian Federation in recent years, and also teaches at the MSE of MSU. M.V. Lomonosov, reports TASS.
The reference office of the President of the Russian Federation participates in the preparation of drafts of the annual messages of the head of state to the Federal Assembly and other program documents, prepares draft speeches, letters of welcome and congratulations, and participates in ensuring the activities of the President on issues of education and science.
As indicated on the Kremlin website, the presidential assistant is currently in charge of the reference office Dmitry Kalimulin. The head of state also has two senior assistants and three assistants.
