On the evening of April 27, Russian President Vladimir Putin held a meeting on the development of the drone industry in Russia in the Rudnevo industrial park in Moscow.

Details: During the meeting, Putin said that the production of UAVs in Russia “should be put on stream.”
The dictator instructed the Russian Ministry of Transport to prepare proposals for subordinating the UAV industry to the Federal Air Transport Agency or to propose ideas for creating a special body.
Putin stressed that security and secrecy should not interfere with the development of the unmanned sphere in Russia.
According to First Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Andrei Belousov, who attended the meeting, the volume of state orders for the production of drones in 2024-26 will amount to about 92 billion rubles, and by 2030 – 200 billion rubles.
The government proposes to create in Russia a system of tax incentives for drone manufacturers.
