Sony customer service clarified superhero fighting game state Injustice 2 from PlayStation Plus selection for October for subscribers to the subscription service with a Russian account.
The October game giveaways for PS Plus have begun October 4th. If Russian players had been able to collect the Hot Wheels Unleashed racing arcade and Superhot puzzle shooter (albeit belatedly), Injustice 2 could not be activated.
To add Injustice 2 to your library, the PS Store digital store is required “to raise the level” subscriptions (inaccessible option in the Russian region), although monthly games are included in the bonus list of the simpler PS Plus plan.

As confirmed by Sony customer service, the situation described above was the result of a free copy of Injustice 2 not available for activation for Russian PS Plus subscribers. The reason is not specified.
Recall that at the end of June a PlayStation Plus subscription was launched in Europe with three rates instead of one. in Russia due to imposed restrictions on the operation of the PS Store the update did not arrive.
