He blocked the road

Around 04.45 the Sør-East police district received several reports about Russian buses that had stopped on the railway on Ringeriksveien in Lier.

A total of 10 buses were on the scene and several blocked the road in both directions. A smoke machine was smoking the area, police said.

– It is a situation that could be very dangerous for Russian and other motorists, says the manager of operations in the South East police area of ​​the Bjørnsund Line.

The incident took an unexpected turn, she said.

Police were on the scene an hour after the first reports. Six of the buses were reported and the driving licenses of two of the drivers were seized.

Across the area, police have received several reports of noise.

– Houses and buildings are shaking. It’s frustrating for those who live in the area, says operations manager Inge Landsrød.

Russ was injured

At the ferry pier outside Ålesund, the police received a report of a fight around 01:30 am.

When the watchman arrived at the site, they saw four boys bleeding from the face. They were taken to the emergency room, but police said they had minor injuries.

Operations manager Sindre Molnes says that some buses from Ålesund and some from Molde were present, but that the police do not know the reason for the fight.

– A case will be opened, he says.

The police have also received several inquiries about noise during the night in the area.

In Bergen, a Russian was taken to hospital by ambulance after being knocked down in an incident involving eight Russian buses.

McDonalds closed after riot

Several Russian buses gathered at McDinalds in Grimstad.

Police responded to several reports of a disturbance.

– The police were there and spoke to those present. The place was eventually evacuated, says operations manager Eyvind Formo in the Agder police district.

The police have not opened a case on the incident.

Otherwise, the Agder police have been on about ten missions related to disturbances and loud music during the night.
