Hackers managed to hack page Russian National Payment Card System (NSCP), which is the operator of the national payment system “Mir” and processes Visa and Mastercard payments. As it turned out, Russian “specialists” of IT products, working within the framework of import substitution, did not take care of protecting banking data and endangered the personal data of millions of clients.
“We welcome you to our new website, which was kindly made for us by our partners Dump Forums almost free of charge: we paid with all your personal data, since this is the only and lasting value that we had left“, says a message posted on the main page of the NSPK.
The message hints that not only the website, but also customer information fell into the hands of hackers. This data has not yet been officially confirmed.
The DumpForums group took responsibility for the hacking of Mir. In her TG channel, in addition to statements about the successful operation, there is gratitude to colleagues from the Ukrainian Cyber Alliance.
