The car that Victoria was driving was registered in the name of the man Rahim Shamshilov and has three unpaid fines of two and a half thousand rubles (27 euros). Rahim is believed to be a friend of the model.

According to the Moscow State Traffic Inspectorate, the accident took place on the late evening of October 5 at the seventh kilometer of Kutuzov Avenue. A Mercedes driver struck a man who crossed the carriageway in a place not intended for pedestrian crossings.
