A fire broke out, but according to preliminary information, there were no casualties.
Explosions were heard both in the capital and in other parts of the country.
According to the preliminary information, the anti-aircraft defense system shot down the enemy missiles in the Darnitsa and Desna districts that fell in Kyiv.
As a result of falling debris, a non-residential building caught fire.
“For now, there are no casualties in the places where the debris fell in the Darnica and Desna districts. No one has turned to the medics,” said Kyiv mayor Vitaly Klitschko.
According to preliminary information, all enemy air targets in the airspace of Kyiv have been spotted and destroyed, Serhiy Popko, the head of the Kyiv city war administration, confirmed.

The army also reports guided missile strikes in the Vinnytsia region, in the west-central part of the country, while local media also report explosions in Khmelnytskyi, another 100 kilometers to the west.
An air alert has been declared throughout Ukraine, the army said.
One person was killed in a Russian missile attack in Odesa, the head of the press center of the Southern Defense Forces Natalija Humenuk said.
Most of the missiles were shot down over the sea, but one missile hit an industrial facility on the outskirts of Odessa, an official said on the air of the national telethon.
One person lost his life and two were injured. They are the guards of this facility, civilians, Humenuk said.
The rumble of explosions was heard in Odessa on Wednesday evening.
