Russian Missile Attack on Kharkiv: Death Toll Rises to Eight

The number of people killed as a result of the Russian missile attack on Kharkiv has increased to eight people.

Updated: Earlier it was reported about 6 victims, but later Sinegubov reported another dead person.

Earlier, according to the UCP, the number of deaths as a result of the shelling of Kharkov increased to five people, and 46 were wounded.

Later, the UCP reported that rescuers also pulled out the body of a deceased 21-year-old girl from under the rubble of an entrance destroyed by a missile attack.

Updated at 18:51: Sinegubov reported that rescuers found the body of a nine-year-old girl under the rubble. As of now, there are 8 dead.

Later, the State Emergency Service clarified that the girl was eight years old and published a video of the body being unblocked.

  • At around 4:00 and 7:20 am on Tuesday, the Russian Federation launched attacks on the Kyiv and Saltovsky districts of Kharkov with Kh-22 missiles.
  • As of 9.20, three dead and 35 wounded were known, among them two children aged 10 and 12 years. 5 people were in serious condition.
