Russian Missile Attack Hits Dnieper District in Ukraine

On the afternoon of October 19, Russian invaders attacked the Dnieper district of the Dnepropetrovsk region. About this on Telegram reported head of the Dnepropetrovsk OVA Sergei Lysak.

“There was a fire due to an enemy attack. There were no preliminary deaths or injuries. We are finding out all the details. In the meantime, I ask once again – maintain information silence,” Lysak wrote.

The explosion in the Dnieper, according to the GORDON correspondent, was heard at about 12.49, the air raid alert in the region was declared at 12.48.

Context:

On August 20, Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky said that since the beginning of the large-scale invasion, the aggressor country Russia has fired more than 6.5 thousand missiles and more than 3.5 thousand attack drones, including Iranian Shahed, into Ukraine. Since then there have been dozens of new attacks.

According to Zelensky, the Russian Federation used 246 missiles, 538 Shahed drones (and a total of 746 strike drones) and 1,159 guided bombs against Ukraine during September.
