According to him, the video camera was found by chance in the attic of the Stalin building during a tour of the house by utility workers.
“It was mounted on a tripod and the lens was turned towards the wall so as not to glare. Judging by the installed transmitter, the device could continuously broadcast the situation near the building of the Russian Ministry of Defense and transmit the image online over a distance. Now the equipment has been dismantled and handed over to specialists,” writes TK.
As reported, earlier there were repeated attempts to attack the building of the Russian military department using drones, all attacks were repelled.
