Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine Oleksiy Danilov said that Ukraine could mobilize up to 2.5 million people in the event of an invasion of Ukraine. At the same time, he added that the Russian Federation could commit a provocation “at any moment.”

According to him, about 120 thousand Russian troops are concentrated near Ukraine, and Moscow can arrange a provocation “at any moment.”
At the same time, Danilov argues that launching a full-scale Russian invasion will require large-scale preparations that are easy to notice.
