The deputy commander of the Russian forces in Donetsk, Alexander Khodakovsky, published “stunning” video footage of an attack by a number of Russian soldiers on the stronghold of the Ukrainian armed forces.
The attack took place near Oglidar in Donetsk province, in southern Ukraine, where Khodakovsky’s battalion is fighting on this axis.
The footage shows how the 6 fighters crawl into an elaborate network of trenches of Ukrainian soldiers, and close combat ensues.
Then a grenade exploded in the immediate vicinity of the Russian soldiers, who remained in their positions, according to the newspaper “Rossiyskaya Gazeta”.
While the Ukrainian soldiers resisted fiercely, the Russian soldiers showered them with a number of grenades.
