Russian Forces Achieve Management in Kharkov Area – Putin Denies Plans to Take Over Kharkov

BEIJING – Russia has no plans to take over Kharkov, based on Russian President Vladimir Putin at a gathering with college students and academics on the Harbin Institute of Know-how.
