Kiev: Russia’s drone attack on the capital of Ukraine, Kiev. The drone attack took place at midnight last night. It is reported that one person was killed in the attack.
Kyiv Mayor Vitaly Klitschko announced that a drone crashed into a gas station, killing one person and injuring another. The Ukrainian Air Force said that 54 drones were targeted and 52 of them were shot down. Officials also claimed that 40 drones were shot down in Kyiv alone.
Russia began attacking Ukraine in February 2002. 12 regions of Ukraine have been warned of possible airstrikes. The mayor also asked people not to come out of the shelters.
