The man who jumped on a child in Sarafovo district has been identified, Flagman.bg learned. This is St. Petersburg, Russian Federation native Mikhail R.
He arrived in Bulgaria, probably for political reasons, a few months ago, rented an apartment in the seaside district and so far has not caused any problems.
It is clear from his Facebook posts that he participated in anti-Putin protests in St. Petersburg.
