authorities of Ukraine reported that russian forces bombed an oil refinery in Lisichansk, a city located near the front line, in the east of the country. Late in the afternoon, the local press confirmed a long column of black smoke and various parts of the refinery that were still burning.
What is known. “In the morning, they bombed the oil refinery, a fire broke out (…) and they are still trying to extinguish [el incendio]”, denounced the Ukrainian governor of the Lugansk region, Serguii Gaidai, in your Telegram account. “The Russians target it systematically to wear down rescuers. There is no fuel there. Only oil residues are burned,” he added.
