The General Staff of the Russian Army decided to send all reserves to the Zaporozhye sector of the front to try to stop the advance of the Ukrainian defense forces.
“The general staff of the Russian troops is using the last reserves, they are withdrawing troops from other directions…” said military expert Oleg Zhdanov, quoted by the UNIAN agency.

Meanwhile, Ukraine’s armed forces are advancing in the counteroffensive operation and Russian troops are withdrawing, Zhdanov added.

The chairman of the British Parliament’s defense committee, Tobias Ellwood, said that a “major attack” by Ukraine in the Donbass is expected in the next few days.
