Russian troops are planning to mobilize in the temporarily occupied Izyum and in the territory of the Kherson region. About it says in the evening summary of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine dated April 17.

It is indicated that the occupiers are preparing to create a “people’s republic” on the territory of the Kherson region. To show the desired result, the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation plan to use the personal data of residents, which are collected by the occupiers when distributing “humanitarian aid”. Information is circulating among the residents that after the pseudo-referendum, the “administration” will begin “mobilization” into the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation.

Also in Izyum (Kharkiv region), the invaders are trying to attract the local population to the war due to a marriage of human resources.

The General Staff emphasizes that during the preparation of units for participation in the war with Ukraine, more than 50 soldiers left the territory of field camps without permission.

The RF Armed Forces did not carry out active operations in the Volyn and Polissya directions. In the Seversk direction, the threat of sabotage and reconnaissance groups and missile attacks on civilian and military infrastructure remains.
