A tennis match between the Dayana sisters and Ivanna Yastremsky against the scandalous Russian Federation athlete Anastasia Gasanova and her partner Anastasia Komardina (Russia) would take place on Wednesday 19 October.
But the match did not take place, as Gasanova withdrew her candidacy from the Rouen tennis tournament, not only in doubles, but also in singles.
It is worth mentioning that Anastasia Gasanova is one of those Russian athletes who support a full-scale bloody war in Ukraine, which she has repeatedly publicly spoken about. Before the match with the Ukrainians, she again decided to convey her crazy ideas about her to the masses. In response, Dayana Yastremskaya sent her future opponent after the Russian warship.
The Ukrainian tennis player asked the tournament organizers to disqualify the Russian woman for her open support for the genocide of the Ukrainian people. However, she can not be worried, since Gasanova herself refused to continue participating in the tennis tournament in France.
Following the refusal, the Russians Dayana and Ivanna Yastremsky moved on to the 1/4 finals of the tournament, where their rivals will be Misaki Doi (representative of Japan) and Oksana Kalashnikova (of Georgia).
