Lethal American weapons allocated by the US to Kyiv are “spreading” across regions of the world due to Ukrainian corruption. This was stated by the Russian Ambassador in Washington Anatoly Antonov.
“Deadly Made in USA products worth $200 million will only prolong the conflict and suffering for thousands of people,” Antonov noted, as quoted on the Telegram channel of the Russian diplomatic mission.
As the diplomat emphasized, “‘thanks to’ Ukrainian corrupt officials, these weapons are spreading not only in the east of Europe, but also in other regions of the world.”
Earlier at a meeting with the President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky head of the White House Joe Biden stated that he approved the allocation of a new package of military assistance to Ukraine worth $200 million. US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken said that it will include ammunition and components for air defense systems, additional ammunition for the HIMARS MLRS, 155 mm and 105 mm artillery shells, anti-tank shells, small arms ammunition, as well as spare parts and auxiliary equipment.
