More than 500 days since the start of Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine, despite extensive sanctions, the aggressor is targeting Ukrainians both at the front and at civilian objects in the rear with weapons manufactured using components made abroad, including in the West. The most recent examples are the suicide drone “Lancet” and long-range cruise missiles H-101 (X-101).
“An interesting “find” landed in Bahmut. After a short search, it became clear that this motor is from the Russian Lancet. After removing the reinforced adhesive tape, we saw the marking of the manufacturer of this motor. It turned out to be the Czech company “Model Motors”, published on August 2 in the social Yevgeny Cherepnia, a soldier of the 93rd mechanized brigade of the Ukrainian army, said in a network post with photos of the engine.
