Dmitry Nagiyev caused hysterics among Russians because of his mysterious New Year greetings: Ukrainians thank the presenter for his support
Russian actor Dmitry Nagiyev, who sometimes delicately hints at his disagreement with the Kremlin’s policies but still avoids directly condemning the war, outraged Russians with his New Year’s greetings. The Ukrainians, on the contrary, thanked him.
Comments with warm wishes appeared under the artist’s post on Instagram. While walking with his dog, he filmed an appeal to subscribers.
“Happy new, kind, peaceful, beautiful, satisfying, fair, free, reliable year,” Nagiyev said, smiling.
Many users from Ukraine interpreted this appeal as a call for peace, justice and freedom, which the terrorist Russian Federation is now depriving many Ukrainians of.

It is interesting that the Russians also “deciphered” Nagiyev’s congratulations not in their favor. In one of the propaganda Telegram channels, the artist was demanded to immediately clearly outline his position regarding the war in Ukraine.
“Down with dizziness from success, let’s say no to anal contusion. Happy New Year. Wait for orders,” the actor fueled the Putinists’ irritation.
In the comments he was called a “creature” and a “non-war fighter,” although Nagiyev continues to cooperate with Russian companies. Some even suggested that the desire to “wait for orders” indicates mobilization after the elections in the Russian Federation.
Let us remember that at the beginning of March 2023, the Russian addressed subscribers in a blue and yellow jacket. The image of the star drove Russian propagandists into hysterics. In his usual humorous manner, the artist also ridiculed Russia’s “rising from its knees” and spoke cautiously about the war, while his colleague on the TV series “Kitchen” gave away the star’s position.
