He noted that Britain sees no evidence that the Russian Federation is withdrawing troops from the Ukrainian border.
“Contrary to its claims, Russia continues to build up its military capabilities on the border with Ukraine. This includes positions for additional armored vehicles, helicopters and field hospitals that are heading towards the Ukrainian border,” the general said.
