Russia wins the Women’s Team Chess World Cup

The women’s team of the Russian Chess Federation has won to India at the 2021 Women’s World Team Chess Championship held this week in the Spanish city of Sitges.

In their first match in the Championship final, the Indian team lost by the minimum 2.5-1.5, while the second match ended with the victory of the Russians 3-1.
