“Russia has gone to a war of weakening by bombing cities and killing peaceful people on the roads,” Hodgez told MSNBC.
“They’re missing three main things: they’re missing time, they’re missing staff and I think they’re running out of ammunition.”
“I estimate that in about 10 days, provided that we, the West, not only continue but also increase supplies to Ukrainian forces to destroy Russian artillery and army and repel missiles. “The Ukrainians must be able to endure until Russia runs out of opportunities,” Hodgez said.
