“If the United States, like Great Britain, wants to ‘stand’ behind its territorial waters, then it must understand that in relations with Moscow there are boundaries that cannot be crossed,” declared Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, quoted from RIA Novosti.
“The qualitative accumulation of lethal weapons that are being transferred to Ukraine does not go unnoticed,” he stressed.

Russia has already sent a note to NATO countries regarding arms supplies to Ukraine.
Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov noted that any cargo containing weapons for Ukraine would be a legitimate target for Russia.
