“This is the latest in many incidents of civilian transport seized for the war effort by Kiev,” Russia’s envoy to the UN Security Council said Tuesday (29/3/2022), reported by RT.com.
Vassily Nebenzia warned that it created a situation where, for example, medical vehicles could be used to deliver Western weapons into the country.
“We look forward to a response to our latest investigation of the UN vehicle with diplomatic number DP210015, which also took part in Kharkov in Ukrainian nationalist combat operations, according to witness statements,” he said.

The vehicle he mentioned was apparently seen in a video released by Ukrainian fighters to show off the shooting down of one plane.
