Turkish journalists claim that the armored car was supplied to Ukraine by Romania, Croatia or Moldova.
Soon after its publication, the photo went viral on social media. Journalists claim that it is a Ukrainian TAB-71M, modified in Romania.
UPDATE 9:28 PM – Iran will help Russia build drones for war in Ukraine.
Moscow recently concluded a secret agreement with Tehran to start the production of drones on Russian territory, in order to then use them in the war in Ukraine, US and Western intelligence services have learned, writes “The Washington Post”.
Russian and Iranian officials finalized the deal during a meeting in Iran earlier this month, and the two countries are now moving quickly to transfer key designs and components that would allow production to begin within months, the al American newspaper three officials who had access to the information.
UPDATE 21:13 – Kiev accuses Moscow of increasing the number of soldiers in Lugansk and forcibly displacing civilians.
Moscow has increased the number of soldiers in the Lugansk region of eastern Ukraine, the General Staff of the Ukrainian army announced on Saturday, reports Dpa.
To provide shelter for the large number of soldiers, part of the civilian population was forcibly relocated to other areas, the Ukrainian General Staff stressed.
Meanwhile, Russian and Ukrainian military forces continue to battle in several hot spots, deploying tanks, rocket artillery and grenade launchers, according to Kiev.

US Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin said failure to help Ukraine secure its future could lead to “a world of tyranny and turmoil” during a speech on Saturday in which he sought to highlight the war game for the international community, informs Reuters.
Austin’s remarks, delivered at a security forum in Canada, are some of his strongest statements regarding Russia’s invasion of Ukraine in nearly nine months.
Lloyd Austin also warned about the risks of global nuclear proliferation.
“Putin’s autocratic friends are waiting. And they may conclude that getting nuclear weapons would give them a license to hunt.” And this could lead to a dangerous spiral of nuclear proliferation,” said the US defense secretary.
Russian missile strikes have crippled nearly half of Ukraine’s energy system and authorities in the capital, Kiev, have warned that the power could be cut. With temperatures dropping and the first snow to fall on Kiev, Ukrainian officials announced work to restore the nation’s power grid after some of the heaviest bombing of Ukraine’s civilian infrastructure since the war. In addition, the United Nations is warning of a humanitarian disaster caused by electricity and water shortages in Ukraine.
UPDATE 18:00 – Ukraine announces it is verifying the authenticity of video recordings of alleged executions of Russian soldiers.
The Ukrainian military announced on Saturday it would verify the authenticity of video recordings that Moscow says show the Kiev regime executed several Russian soldiers who had surrendered.
“Before launching an investigation, there must be a basis for it. We want to determine whether these video recordings are fake,” said Ukrainian General Staff spokesman Bogdan Senîk, according to Agerprès. He added that these videos “have been entrusted to specialists”, noting that the publication of fake footage “has recently intensified”.
Russia on Friday accused Ukraine of executing more than ten of its soldiers who laid down their arms and called it a “war crime”. “No one will be able to present the deliberate and methodical killing of more than ten Russian soldiers who have been immobilized (…), with shots fired directly to the head, as a ‘tragic exception'”, said the Russian Defense Ministry .
UPDATE 11.00 – Russia faces another wave of mobilisation, which will worsen the condition and performance of Russian troops, announces the Institute for the Study of War. ISW says Moscow officials are preparing a new covert mobilization.

UPDATE 9am – Russian forces have attacked southeastern Ukraine, using drones, missiles, heavy artillery and warplanes. At least six civilians were killed and six others injured, Kiev said. In the Zaporizhzhia region, part of which remains under Russian control, shelling hit 10 towns and villages, according to the Associated Press.
