The publication of official statistical information on the production of oil, natural gas and condensate in Russia is suspended until April 1, 2024.
This is clear from government decreepublished on the official portal for legal information, TASS specified.
The publication of information is suspended as of the data for March and the first quarter of 2023.
On Wednesday, April 26, Rosstat did not publish data on oil and condensate production for March and the first quarter in its report on industrial production. However, statistics on gas production were present in the agency’s document.
So in the first quarter, Russia has reduced natural gas production by 14.1% up to 149 billion cubic meters compared to the same period last year.
In March, gas production was 49.8 billion cubic meters, which is 15.3% less than March 2022 and 6.4% more than February this year.
