MOSCOW – Ministry of Defence Russia released a video showing the moment fighter jet Su-24M flying over warship English , HMS Defender, in Black Sea . Earlier, the ministry said that a Russian warship had fired warning shots after the HMS Defender violated Russia’s maritime border in the Black Sea.
The video, taken from inside the cockpit of the fighter jet, shows the British destroyer before the Russian aircraft fired warning shots. The next clip shows three Russian fighter jets buzzing aboard a British warship, while a Russian warship trails behind them.
The Russian Defense Ministry said British warships had been warned that bombing would be carried out if they violated Russian borders but the ships ignored the message.
“After the shots were fired, the HMS Defender left the area,” the Russian Ministry of Defense said Sputnik, Friday (25/6/2021).
