The head of the State Duma of Russia Vyacheslav Volodin unexpectedly set two conditions for the President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky. According to him, this will be able to end the war, UNIAN said.

The requests are related to Ukraine’s withdrawal from Crimea and the course of joining NATO, as well as the “withdrawal of troops” from the DPR and LPR.
Volodin said that Zelensky “must meet these requirements immediately” if “thinking about the citizens of Ukraine”.
„First – withdraw troops from the territory of the Donetsk and Luhansk People’s Republics. Second “Fix on a contractual basis the obligations for the recognition of Crimea and the non-aligned status of Ukraine, as well as for the denazification and demilitarization of the country,” Volodin said.
The head of the State Duma also said that Zelenski “wants to buy time”, when he says that Ukraine has not yet given up its attempts to end the war through negotiations. Volodin noted that in this way Kyiv is using the time to get more military aid from NATO.
