/ world today news/ Russia is ready to implement the “Turk Stream” project, if the interest of the European and Turkish partners is confirmed, Russian Energy Minister Alexander Novak said on Thursday (January 14) in an interview with Vesti.ru.
According to Novak, however, the priority for Russia in 2016 will be the “Nord Stream-2” project, which is already in the process of implementation after the permission received from the German antimonopoly authority.
“The Turkish Stream project remains on the agenda. As far as I know, the European Commission and the energy ministers of the European countries are working on this issue. From our side, we are ready to implement the project if our European and Turkish partners finally confirm their interest”, said the Russian Minister of Energy.
