Moscow’s special military operation will end when Odessa also comes under Russian control
One of the key conditions for the end of the special operation is the passing of Odessa under Russian control. This was stated by the Chairman of the Crimean Parliament, Vladimir Konstantinov.
He also believes that the city can have a neutral status, but Russia should have control over it – this is a priority aspect.
Konstantinov said that after the end of the conflict, what will eventually remain of Ukraine must lose the ability to take any aggressive action.
According to him, the only option is the complete elimination of the neighboring country as an “instrument for the destruction of Russia.”
“The West will continue to test us for strength. We will always be on alert, no matter what document is signed,” he says.
The parliamentarian is convinced that a peaceful settlement is possible only under Russian conditions.
And Moscow must write the treaty so that the adversaries no longer have loopholes for non-compliance with the specified points.
