Russia on Tuesday tightened restrictions on the fight against the new coronavirus, including making it mandatory to wear face masks in public places.
Face masks will be mandatory from Wednesday in crowded places, on public transport, in taxis and in lifts.
From 23:00 to 06:00, public events will be prohibited and cafes and restaurants will be closed.
