Russia has handed over to Ukraine a draft document with “clear wording” and is awaiting a response. This was stated by the press secretary of the President of the Russian Federation Dmitry Peskov, quoted by TASS.
“The President said that the Ukrainian side is constantly withdrawing from previous agreements, deviating from his words. This has very bad consequences for the effectiveness of negotiations. At the moment, the Ukrainian side has submitted our draft document, which includes worked out absolutely clear “The ball is on their side, we are waiting for an answer,” he said.
Peskov also noted that the reaction time depends on the Ukrainian side. “We have repeatedly said that the dynamics of the work of the Ukrainian side leaves much to be desired, so the Ukrainians do not show much inclination to intensify the negotiation process,” said the Kremlin spokesman.

Mykhailo Podoliak, adviser to the head of the Cabinet of the President of Ukraine, confirmed that the Ukrainian side has received Moscow’s proposals and is studying them.
