Russia’s proposals for security guarantees sent to the United States and NATO are no longer valid, as the situation has completely changed.
This was announced on Saturday by Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov on Channel One TV.

Asked whether Moscow’s proposals for security guarantees sent by the United States and NATO remain in force, Ryabkov said that “I would not say that such proposals remain in force.”
“However, the configuration has changed completely, now the situation is radically different. And the question is to ensure the achievement of the goals set by our leadership for a special military operation,” said the Russian deputy minister.
Russia has declared all EU countries hostile
According to him, Russia’s contacts with US officials continue, including through the Russian Embassy in Washington. Moscow will be ready to resume dialogue on strategic stability with the United States, and promoting cooperation along the way depends on Washington’s position, Ryabkov said.
