Russia has declared five more EU countries unfriendly

Greece, Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia and Croatia were included in the list

Russia has explicitly designated five more EU countries as unfriendly. The press service of the Russian government announced that the list includes Greece, Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia and Croatia.

“The decree suggests limiting to a minimum or completely prohibiting these countries the opportunity to employ in embassies, consulates and state institutions workers from among the persons who are on the territory of Russia,” the decree says.

A complete ban on hiring Russian employees has been introduced for Slovenia and Croatia. Greece will be able to hire up to 34 people, Denmark – 20, and Slovakia – up to 16.

As is known, at the beginning of March, Russia approved a list of countries carrying out “hostile actions” in relation to Russia. It included 48 countries – EU members (including Bulgaria), as well as Ukraine, Australia, Andorra, Great Britain, Iceland, Canada, the Republic of Korea, Norway, etc.
