Russia resumes attack on Mariupol
Russia on Saturday also resumed its assault on the giant Mariupol steel plant, days after Moscow declared victory in the southern Ukrainian city and said its troops did not need to take over the plant.
The giant Mariupol steel mill was used as the last bastion of Ukrainian troops in the port city.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said his country’s army was not ready to break the siege of the city of Mariupol.
