According to the diplomat, the Russian Federation must independently decide where to locate its military. At the same time, the tension on the border with Ukraine is supposedly just the speculation of other countries.

“There is no tension on the border. We are moving on our territory. The tension is attributed to us by those countries that believe that we should keep our troops where they see fit,” Nebenzya said.
