In order to start negotiations with Ukraine, it is necessary for it to hand over to Russia three more oblasts – Mykolaivsk, Odessa and Kharkivsk. That’s what he said in an interview with Ura.ru Sergey Tsekov, member of the Committee on International Affairs of the Council of the Federation of Russia, senator from the Republic of Crimea.
The senator explained that he doubted that Ukraine would soon agree to negotiate, but said that if it transferred these territories to Russia, it would be possible to start a dialogue. “This will be a starting position for negotiations,” he said. At the same time, Tsekov stressed that even in this situation, the issue of denazification and neutral status will remain on the agenda. At the same time, according to him, Ukraine itself should have expressed readiness for negotiations.
