Quoting Reuters , a subsidiary of the Kalashnikov conglomerate stated that Russia is developing a reusable spacecraft. “The project is now being developed. Targets have been set and the development of a multi-use civilian complex with an orbital plane is under way,” said General Director of the Research Facility, Olga Sokolova as posted on the Molniya website.

The head of Russia’s Roscosmos space company, Dmitry Rogozin, said in May last year that Moscow was considering developing a pilot-controlled spacecraft.
