Russia Claims Shooting Down Ukrainian Drones Targeting Crimean Peninsula

Last Modified Sat, 2 Sep 2023 (12:51 IST) Russia claims to have shot down three Ukrainian drones targeting the Crimean peninsula. This was released by Moscow this morning. The incident took place at 2.20 am in Moscow. It is also said that a drone was shot down on Friday as well.

Russia annexed Crimea from Ukraine in 2014. Crimea Bridge is an 18 km long concrete bridge. These are two parallel bridges. Trains run through one and vehicles run through the other.
