WASHINGTON – Ministry of Foreign Affairs United States of America (US) called for the replacement of war commanders Russia Of Ukraine as “madness.” The department said multiple shakeups would not change the outcome.

Asked by Turkish news agency Anadolu about the possible implications of appointing General Valery Gerasimov to replace Sergei Surovikin, US State Department spokesman Ned Price said: “That is really a better question for the Russian Federation.”

“From our perspective, I remember one of the definitions of insanity, which is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result,” Price told reporters.

“We have seen Russia appoint various commanders of its forces in Ukraine many times now, each time looking for someone more senior, more experienced, purportedly more effective, only to find exactly the same result,” he said. AnadoluSaturday (14/1/2023).

“But the broader dynamics, the underlying dynamics are not going to change,” he said.
