The Russian Ministry of Health denied information that the department offered cooperation to Washington in the development of a vaccine against coronavirus, reports “Interfax”.
As the assistant to the Minister of Health of the Russian Federation Alexey Kuznetsov stated, the Ministry of Health of Russia did not send any official proposals to the American side.
Earlier, CNN, citing its sources, reported that the United States had rejected Russia’s offer of cooperation in the development COVID vaccines.
According to the channel’s interlocutors, Russia has offered “unprecedented cooperation” on a project aimed at accelerating vaccine development from COVID-19. However, they noted that the United States is currently closed to medical advances in Russia.
