Deliveries of Russian cars and buses and the assembly of city buses in Serbia are currently being developed, Russian Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Rogozin said during his visit to Belgrade.
“A program is being developed for the realization of the assembly of LIAZ city buses by the company “Russian Buses” and the delivery of trolleybuses by the company “Trolza-market”. Of course, we are pleased to mark the start of deliveries of Gazelle NEXT cars and LIAZ buses to the Serbian market,” noted Rogozin.
The visit of the deputy head of the Russian government to Belgrade is connected with the meeting of the intergovernmental committee of Russia and Serbia on January 11 and 12, which is co-chaired by Rogozin. The parties discussed military-technical and economic cooperation, during which the delegations noted the visible development and potential of bilateral relations. On Monday, Rogozin met with the country’s President Tomislav Nikolic and Prime Minister Aleksandar Vucic. On Tuesday, the Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation held a conversation with the First Deputy Prime Minister of Serbia and Foreign Minister Ivica Dacic.
