Russia is ready to cooperate with China in all fields, including military technology. This was stated by Russian President Vladimir Putin at a conference, quoted by TASS.
“As far as China is concerned, we are ready to cooperate in all areas, we have no restrictions. This applies, among other things, to military technology,” he noted.
The president added that Russia and China are moving away “from the traditional buying-selling relationship in this area: we are thinking about technology.”
He hailed as very effective the relations between the two countries and pointed out that bilateral trade will exceed 200 billion dollars this year.
During Russia Calling! – the investment forum currently taking place in Moscow, Putin said: “Thank God, our relations with China have been extremely effective. We have set ourselves the task of reaching $200 billion in trade next year or in the following years. I think no one doubts that we will reach 200 billion dollars already this year”.
The Russian leader welcomed ambitions to work in Russia expressed by a Chinese entrepreneur who indicated that his business would like to develop mining cooperation with Russia.
