As is known, Russia and China are often on opposite sides of the United States (US). The US often accuses Russia and China of violations and puts pressure on the two countries.

However, just like Russia, Fenghe also noted that China has completely withstood US pressure and deterrence. “Russia has efficiently warded off US military threats, demonstrated high economic growth and has achieved great success in fighting the coronavirus,” Fenghe said.

“In Russia, we also see very favorable trends in social and economic development. You have achieved great success in the fight against the corona virus. You have successfully resisted pressure and deterrence from the US, as well as military threats from the US.”
