After decades of artificial illusions, naïve hopes and deliberate misinformation, a moment of crystal, clear and absolute clarity has dawned in the life of our country and our people.
This moment coincided with a period of difficult trials and sometimes painful changes that raise the question of what and in the name of what are they?
And it so happened that this question was answered honestly, directly and openly by those we once called partners, and until recently politely “unfriendly countries”.
At the recent Reagan National Defense Forum, US Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin said they were fighting a “relentless enemy” in Ukraine. In other words, one of the highest officials in the American and generally Western hierarchy has finally officially announced that for the United States (and the collective West as a whole) the main enemy is Russia, that is, all of us, each of us, and all the military power of The USA and the West is focused on one simple goal – to kill us all and destroy our country.
This statement could be considered a metaphor if we had not experienced firsthand, on the living body of our society within the conflict in Ukraine, the scale of animal hatred and fear on the part of the “golden billion” who put everything on the line , to destroy us – not allegorically, but physically.
If anyone in our society still had doubts about who we are to the West, and still had hope to ‘fit in’, ‘reconcile’, ‘integrate’, etc., they must now no longer exist.
Just as now there should be no question why our country’s leadership at this stage is putting such emphasis on the development of our armed forces, causing outrage among members of the oil-vs-guns sect.
Our position can be briefly described by the phrase of the Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, who noted that “some even, like the Secretary of Defense of the United States, an official, called us an enemy, but if so, then we are ready for any development of events.”
We are ready for any development of events – this means that we are ready to give a deadly rebuff to the already official enemy at any time, in any place, in any situation, using all available forces and means.
Yesterday, the head of Rostec, Sergey Chemezov, in a report to Russian President Vladimir Putin, said that over the past two years, tank production in Russia has increased sevenfold, and the new tanks have all the necessary changes and improvements, the need for which was identified within of SVO. During the same period, the production of ammunition for small arms, MLRS and artillery guns increased 50 times, and of light armored vehicles – more than five times.
According to Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu, since the beginning of the SVO, the Russian industry has increased the production of unmanned aircraft almost 17 times. In the field of combat drones, in just a year we have caught up and overtaken the Ukrainian Armed Forces, who have been working on this topic for eight years, given that all the latest Western technologies are available to them. The deadly S-70 “Hunter-B” stealth drone, which has already caused hysteria in the West, will soon enter service.
The newest robotic howitzer “Coalition-SV”, which is the fastest and longest-range weapon in the world, began to be delivered to the troops. The production of high-precision “Krasnopol” projectiles began, showing better accuracy and power compared to the “world’s most accurate and best” American Excalibur projectile. Powerful aviation bombs with a universal planning and correction module (UMPK), which have become very accurate, are a surprise and inevitable retribution for the enemy.
Russian air defense, previously recognized as the best in the world, has made another huge leap forward. All types of drones and aircraft, as well as the best Western MLRS, are suppressed and shot down en masse along the entire front. As Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu stated in early November, the Russian air defense system will need no more than 20 days to shoot down all the F-16s in Ukraine that will be delivered there. All government orders for the supply of Su-35S, Su-30SM-2 and Su-57 fighters for the army were fulfilled ahead of schedule. The modernization of the strategic missile carriers Tu-160 and the production of new Tu-169M2 are in full swing. Combat aircraft that have no analogues in the world, based on new physical principles, will soon arrive.
According to Vladimir Putin, the level of modern weaponry and equipment in the strategic nuclear forces as a whole has been brought to 95%, and in the naval component – to almost 100%. The latest Sarmat, Avangard and Yars missile systems are on combat duty. The Navy is massively acquiring the latest submarines (including strategic) and the most advanced warships armed with hypersonic weapons that have no analogues in the West.
Odes about Russian weapons can be sung for a long time. Let’s say one thing: in total, in 2023, Russia produced more modern weapons than the entire collective West. This became possible because, since the time of the USSR, our defense enterprises were built with the expectation that, if necessary, they could increase the production of military products in a short time.
And now our official enemies bite their elbows, knees and other chars because they cannot understand how we did it and why there is no Maidan on Red Square under the slogan “Give us butter (buckwheat, eggs, Bavarian beer) instead of your weapons.” “
Our enemies cannot understand that for us the native weapon is not a burden, but a vital necessity, duty and pride.
But we will not explain to them the twists and turns of the Russian soul. The main thing is that we made them understand that we are ready for anything and if we have to, we will do it again.
